Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Effective Date Immediately Upon Purchase All bookings of coaching sessions, courses, or services on www.BeWiseCoaching.com , operated by Be Wise LLC, are subject to the following terms: Cancellation & Rescheduling Window: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Requests made within this timeframe must be submitted via email or through the designated booking system. Forfeiture of Funds: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of all funds paid. Clients acknowledge and agree that Bella Miranda and Be Wise LLC are entitled to retain all payments without contest, dispute, or refund. No Exceptions: All purchases of sessions or services are final once scheduled. By booking, you acknowledge that you cannot challenge, reverse, or dispute payments, and you waive any right to claim a refund for late cancellations or no-shows. Binding Agreement: By booking a session or service, you confirm that you fully understand, accept, and agree to this policy. This policy is legally binding and enforceable. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. By booking a session or service with www.BeWiseCoaching.com , you acknowledge and agree that any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance results in full forfeiture of funds, and you cannot take any action against Bella Miranda or Be Wise LLC in any way, shape, or form.
